Virtual Enterprise is a unique class that allows students to create a company, and come together to share resources and expertise to address specific business opportunities like conducting market research, work cooperatively to develop and write a business plan, design and implement an e-commerce website, recruit and market to clients/customers, and pay wages and taxes.

Starting in 2015, Southold began its Virtual Enterprise program, with AP Athletics. This school's VE program has continued its success throughout the years through all of its trade shows, competitions, and even in their personal connections with other VE firms all across Long Island, the country, and even the world!
