Welcome to Southold Junior-Senior High School!
Middle school is a time of growth, discovery, and wonder. I hope that you will join me in encouraging our new 7th grade students to take advantage of every opportunity our school has to offer.
On Tuesday, August 26th at 6:00pm, we will host our 7th Grade Orientation.

In compliance with New York State’s Distraction-Free Schools policy, students will be required to keep cellphones or other non-school issued internet enabled devices in their locker throughout the school day. The only approved device is a school-issued Chromebook. Students may retrieve their devices when leaving campus. The Board of Education Policy can be found here: Students and Personal Electronic Devices
Students will be provided with their locks during orientation. Locker assignments can be found on your child’s schedule, which will be available on Friday, August 15th.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or your student’s guidance counselor, Ms. Cavallaro or Mr. Crimi.
Enjoy the remaining days of vacation. I look forward to seeing you!
Sincerely,
Dr. Terence P. Rusch
